I was there for 2 hrs with a appointment. I was very frustrated and really disappointed so I talked to the service manger. I will see next time if there will be any change. I will be shocked if any body will call me!!!

Was not advised of $120 dianosis fee. The problem was not fixed.I keeped asking how will it cost me and no response back until I showed up to get my car. I was told the defective part was still under recall warranty and everything was covered. This is why my car was there over the weekend. I will never bring my car back there ever again. I will never buy a car from your dealership. I was rediagnose another $120.00 again after my car was already there in the back. There was nothing wrong with my gearshift and they replaced the sensor in there. The key being stuck is worse now than before.

well the gentlemen that helped us.was trying to charge us extra. example rotation of the tires and he was going to check the transmission and charge us. i told him we paid rbe for the extended warranty. when i looked the paperwork. there was no mention that they even looked at the transmission. much less worked on it. im very unhappy. we paid alot for rhis vechicle
Michael really took care of me this time. I thought I fried the electrical system on my volt when, in my haste, I put the jumper cables on the battery BACKWARDS! Mike got me out of there with just a new battery! Whew!!! Thanks again Michael!

Are you serious after everything I went thru you still send me a survey. I still never heard back from Ricardo DeAzevedo after receiving a email from him to call and talk about my issues. You can go to any dealership and buy a vehicle but customer service is what brings them back and new customers. You are in the service industry, and the service I received was the worst I have ever had anywhere anytime. I felt like my business was not needed and felt the total lack of respect. Plenty of people I know have asked about my issue and are waiting to hear how it is resolved. From day one of purchase I have had nothing but a headache when I go there. Unless I get some satisfaction my business goes elsewhere and a lot of my friends in the valley will stay clear of any Gosch dealership.
