I ended up waiting 3 hours to get paperwork to pay and get my vehicle. I never received a call to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to go and find the associate who took my car in and remind him i had been waiting all that time.
My vehicle did not get washed after service and service tech left trash inside.
Mr. Ellenbeck was helpful and professional. This experience was better than what I previously experienced with other service representatives. I was expecting t to have to assert myself regardlng what was really wrong with my car, but I was glad to find out that my car was repaired without any problems.
The rear hood was not fix as they promised. So another guy just paint his not not even the body mechanic and did horrible job. He painted it outside with a touch up pin and it looks horrible. I don't think I would come back and buy any use or new car. They promised stuff that at the end they can't fulfill. I was very disappointed now my back rear hood looks horrible and noticeable that someone just painted over something.

I had an appointment and it took almost 2 hours. A car was was offered and when the car was finally done, it was never washed. My son had an appointment to get my windows tinted and missed his appointment due to the length of time it took for oil change. What is the point of making a appointment?

Over 150 minutes for oil change, that was my all time record for over 40 years.

Mr.salgado was great bit their was another employee ([ don't know his name, sorry) who was very unprofessional. I was next in line and he had a friend who came in for an oil change and felt that it was ok to move her to the front of the line. He wanted to get her in and out without regards to the other customers. I spoke and said I was next in line and was before his friend. He did not like it when I spoke up. Your employees need some help with customer service!!! I do suggest if your going to be open on Sundays to have more staff available. Their was a lobby full of customers waiting and some were complaining and not happy at all.

Did not recieve car wash, asked for a different technician but recieved same one. Was not greeted when I walked in and they took a customer that walked in after me before the asked me. I had to walk out before so.ebody said anything to me. Not all work was performed on my vehicle. I also felt discriminated against.
They never wash my car when I ask them too.
