The service was horrible I will never take my car to you guys again! And I will yelp and go to social media about what was done to me by your dealership. You people should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers. If I have to protest your dealership in front with signs I will. You dont tell a customer they have a zero balance then the next time I bring my car in hold it for ransom till I pay what I didn't owe when I left the service department. You people need to learn how to treat your customers. You don't have a representative of your dealership call a customers phone being so rude to me I had to hangup thats unacceptable.

I want to thank all the personnel at the service department for their hard work and dedication. Because we the customers seldom see those who work on our vehicles we are unable to show our gratitude personally to those who serviced our vehicles. I trust that the management has a system by which they can acknowledge their employees dedication and loyalty. I want to especially thank Ken Ellerbeck for his professionalism.
