Well first of all, Dean Page who was assisting me was great! Very nice and professional. He was very welcoming. My disappointment was with the wait time. I brought my suburban in @ 930am for 2 recalls. Just needed to be reprogrammed,i was told it would take about 2 hours. It ended up taking 7 hrs... way too long !!????

I bought my car 7 months ago and should have a warranty for the first year even for the battery. Then goes with a discount afterwards. 300.00 for a battery is crazy expensive. Just thought wasn’t happy about having to paid that much and still making payments.
