I hoped for better communication and and knowing the exact problem with my vehicle first and not what they would start with. It seemed complicated doing the diagnostic on the car.

Took it in at appointment time of 10:40am on Wed. Aug 5th. for brake work. Was called at 3:30pm that day to be told they didn't have the brake pads. Was told it would be ready the next day. The next, Thurs, was told some other work would need to be performed. Agreed to it and was again told it would be ready the next day, Friday. Was called on Friday to say the work was not complete, but would be done by the NEXT DAY AGAIN. Did not receive a call the next day, Saturday. Received a call on Monday to let us know what issues they were having with mechanics calling out and now truck will not be ready until Tuesday, Aug. 11. So a service that was to be completed by Friday took until today to be ready. This is Mrs. Wallace. If you want to speak with Mr. Wallace, call his cell phone ****-****-xxxx, not mine.

I will request michael Gormady as my service advisor from here on end. I have been bringing my vehicle there for some time and I have never received the respect and fairness from other service advisors. Mr gormady was tentative and respectful and fair throughout . Others that work alongside with Mr Gormady should take note. Thank you.

Dean Page is the best of the best! This is my second time trusting my car with him. The first time I trusted my car with him was when my brand new 2020 Camaro broke down on me after 2 days of purchasing it from another dealership. He was able to fix the problem which was the engine and had my car running like brand new. The second service I had with Mr. Dean was fixing the buzzing sound coming from my driver side door. Once again, he fixed the buzzing sound and I could no longer hear it when I drive. I will continue to trust my car to Mr. Page knowing I’m going to receive and excellent service and he will fix any issues with my car. Thank you Mr. Dean Page.

All day to correct a loose screw seems excessive my appointment was at 8 am picked up my car about 5 pm after i waited and called with no response if appointments are to take 48 then the customer needs to be told that it needs to be left for a longer period i know my repair should no have exceeded 4 hours im reallyv don't know if i want to come back!

I don’t believe that it would take two days to clean brakes and then not even give a call to let them know they’re holding the vehicle overnight
