Getting a service appointment when you don't have my parts was not a great experience. I was happy with the service agents, but your appointment system needs help or employees need training.

Dean went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back in a timely manner.
Oil change not done, tires not rotated, alignment not done. The truck was also not cleaned or fueled as promised. Michael confirmed with me over the phone everything was completed. There was nothing annotated on the service receipt reflecting this work request and after I inspected the car I confirmed it was not done. The truck was with you 4 days and now the answer I get from service is “We are really busy and don’t know how long it will take to complete this work”.

When I picked up my truck last nightbI found scratches inside on the door frame. The truck was supposed to have a wax and buff and there are water spots and drips all over the chrome bumpers I'm not sure if it was really waxed and buffed.I was told the fuel tank would be filled up and when I picked it up it was empty.Delas The sales rep took care of the fuel and took pictures of the scratches and told he would have Kelly contact me.
