We received some incorrect information from the person who scheduled our appointment; however, Dean is always helpful and a pleasure to deal with
I wait for 3 hours, and don’t fixed my truck, and then the guy said I need to make another appointment. This is the second appointment and I lost one day of work. The truck is only one month. And right now I need wait one week for fixed. And my husband don’t have truck for work for a week. He worked in construction.
So......... I’m very sad.

Dean is a “straight shooter.” He was very professional and he explained what service options were available. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I feel like he had my best interest in mind. He didn’t promise me anything he couldn’t come through with. I was happy to have him handle my service needs.
I’ve had service with Dean 2 other times since I’ve left Chevy in Temecula. Today’s service, as well as the others, were refreshing, painless, and timely thanks too Dean. Night and day difference from the previous shop I used...and more organized and customer friendly. I am ditching all those “free” oil changes I was promised and getting my vehicle serviced at Gosch Chevy. The work has always been good for me, but the actual customer service is what will keep me coming back. Thanks, Dean and Gosch Chevrolet.
