The service team was very polite and professional. However, I made an appointment for 2pm and was told that my vehicle wouldn't be ready for almost another 3 hours. I made the appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They told me it was because they were short handed due to Covid. I completely understand the situation but I do believe this should be communicated when making the appointment. Thank bbn you

Service rep was great. Before driving off, I checked the tire pressure on both vehicles brought in today and both cars' tire pressure needed inflating.
