Everyone did a great job. They exceeded my expectations in every detail. The service advisor we prepared and very friendly. I was planning to get my truck back by the end of the day, but it was ready before lunch. Thanks again for the amazing service.

Had car for over 3 days for a warning sensor oil change and tire rotation. when I questioned the ridiculous amount of time after the second full day my service advisor was finally honest that he had over booked and didn’t have the time to commit to trouble shoot my issue. Truck spent the third day with the same result.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I have brought all of my vehicles from here because I feel like family every time I come. The service was so fast, when I’ve gone to other businesses I’ve waited for at least 5-6 hours. I must say that the service here is very impressive, and I left knowing that the work was done correctly. Thanks again for another great experience!!!!!!!

I was totally disappointed. I was overcharged For the service they performed. Instead of me Paying the $59.00 for service due to the fact my car had only 14,996 and not 15,000 miles So therefore iwas charged 256.41 for the same $59.00 special rotating of tires oil change So no I will not be doing business with them Anymore after 15 years you lost a customer.

I am usually very happy with my Murphy Ford experience. However, today I was not as happy with my experience due to poor communication and incorrect billing, which was corrected after I questioned the amount.
