My 2018 Ford escape would not start I had to call roadside assistance in the morning that worked out great had it towed to the dealer to dealer stated that they would not be able to look at my car until Monday it was towed there on Thursday morning before 8 AM I had to speak with a manager to get someone to look at my car Friday After testing the car it turned out that the battery needs to be replaced the disappointing part is I had to speak with a manager to get my car fixed and not go the weekend without transportation
