The work done was fine,no problem with the work. The service writer kept pushing a over $300.00 package when all we really were after was an oil change

Mechelle was very professional, courteous and very informative. Informed me when I arrived they were about a half hour behind schedule and there were to cars before me. I thought she shown much concern to be sure the customer knew they were running behind instead having a customer waiting and not know what was happening or why a delay. She is an asset to Murphy Ford.

I have not been happy with Murphy Fords service. I was told on the day I purchased the car that the disposition fee would be waived, wasn’t what happened and I got a bill, then I had to pay for an inspection 4 months into owning the car?? Never have I had to pay for an inspection that soon to purchasing a car. The desk worker at the service center was very helpful, he fixed the big mix up getting my replacement key. Will never purchase a car there again

Not and bad experience, only thing is that they didn’t put the windshield reminder for next service date on, in fact they forgot it last time as well, I had an engine light on and my truck took a while to troubleshoot but I realize electrical issues are sometimes tricky and they did get the sensor in the next day.
