The written explanation was useful, however i am curious how a fuse box would intermittently cause a short that would drain the battery. Can you explain? Is my car now guaranteed not to loss its battery power?

Had a coupon for $44.95, for the works. Showed the coupon to the service writer, but when I got home I realized she did not give the coupon price. I called and left a voice message, but was never contacted. I hope this issue can be resolved.
It took 45 minutes to check-in. I asked for 1) oil service, 2) someone to look at water getting trapped in my back passenger door, and 3) a quote for damage by my back passenger wheel.
I dropped my truck off at 9:30 and did not get a call that my car was complete until 3pm. When I picked it up there was nothing addressed about the water issue or a quote for the body damage. Plus, there was no one to talk as everyone had gone home.
A day without our car and a wasted appointment, except for the oil service which should not have taken all day.
Service was great and Elaine kept me informed.
