Service was absolutely terrible. Service rep knew nothing, basically wasted my time for 9 days 6 days waiting for appointment and 3 days doing nothing with the car. Because it took them 3 days to figure out it needs a battery. Said battery was on back order but funny enough I called pep boys and they have 5 of them that will fit the car. Some service shop. Have appointment Monday at Chapman.

I brought my vehicle there because you were highly recommend it but I was very unhappy when I found out that you were doing $1000 Worth the work and still charge me $140 for diagnostics test and that makes me not want to bring my vehicle back to your shop maybe in the future you will think about waving the diagnostics test when work is being performed in your shop thank you

Elaine was very thoughtful and helpful with the recall issue for our 2015 Fusion SE. She kept me updated on the progress and then again when it was completed. A very pleasant experience and this Ford will now be a Winner Ford car along with our 2018 Ford Escape lease. I’ve been a Winner Ford customer since October 1962 and now my son is too.
