No service report card on inspection with the truck, no documentation on alignment adjustment. Was told the truck would be done no later than 1 pm. It was almost an hour late. Service coordination was poor.

I understand what happened wasn't all your fault. Fact is that, if I had gotten a written policy instead of a man's word that sold me this warranty, I wouldn't have brought my truck in. I'm handicap and don't make much money so the $300 I paid for you to tell me what was wrong that I already knew, hurt me. When I was sold the policy the man specifically said to wait to take it in so everything could be fixed and I would ONLY pay the $100 deductible. BOY DID I GET A SURPRISE...I made 400 in the last 2weeks and was left with 100. Only had this truck for five months. Bought it with the money I got from my father's death benefit. Dahl Ford really put the screws to me. Seems that now I purchased a truck for $40,000 cash and five months into it it's basically scrap metal. Wasn't expecting this at all. The man made my rest assured that it was a new car warranty and covered everything even stated that I would get a loaner vehicle. Didn't tell me that it would only cover 250$. That would have lasted two days. So I'm out 40,000, can't pull my trailer with a mini excavator to make any kind of money.. I'm screwed..Contemplating getting legal representation. JUST got the policy today in the mail.. thanks. Feel that I was forced into just throwing money away, money that I didn't have

Scratch to driver door handle. All tires not inflated to same PSI. Inside the truck smelled like the shop when I picked it up.

My husband and I have been coming to Linquist Ford for over 35 years. We have bought most of our vehicles there and always had them serviced there when needed. The service department is excellent and we have always trusted their judgement when things needed to be fixed or replaced. Now that my husband has passed on it is my responsibility to make sure I keep up getting my vehicle in for regular maintenance. The service clerks have always treated me with respect and I trust them when repairs are needed. A big thank you to everyone in the service department for keeping my Escape in top shape.

When the service tech was taking off the old old sticker from the window they tour my window tinting and now I have to have it replaced. I did talk with Noel about this
