When I was driving away I found my antenna sitting in the passenger seat of my vehicle. Curious as to why it was removed and why the technician didn’t take the time to reattach it before it was returned.

Mike has been my service advisor since I moved back to the area 2023. He has taken great care of both of my vehicles. He’s prompt with updates that are available and answers all of my questions. The valet service makes the whole process easier on the customer.

I was there an hour I was early for my actual appt I had set , had my car brought in door and then another service person pulled it in back . An hour later someone came out and said they didn’t know I was there . Weird as I was sitting there, my car was in your shop brought by ME , pulled back to be diagnosed and no one knew I was there ? Seems very like most depts are not good at speaking to each other or where the cars are . I waited another 10 minutes for my car to be brought up when I finally found it parked out front . Almost 3 hours and no repairs were done due to price but also the service made me nervous . Good thing I brought my work with me or it would cost me a vacation day to be invisible for an hour ? Better communication is needed . Thanks for seeing my car today tho

I am very pleased with my experience at Lindquist Ford. The person who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. He gave me an idea how long of a wait I would have and even offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait. I also want to say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the waiting room and the ladies restroom. The car wash and vacuum is an added plus. ????

Noah was the most professional and up front person I have dealt with. I would give him a raise if I could! He kept me up to date since the start and gave me the bad news as usual but kept things flowing with conversation and understanding. He listened and made sure my concerns were met with all paper matching accordingly. I could not say enough about how apprecitive I was to have Noah on my team even though my warranty ran out. Again, give raise!
