Michael was professional, personable and knew his craft. Ford however and Ford dealers refuse to remedy the known manufacturing flaws in the $70,000 truck Ford produced. With 54,**** miles and being immaculately maintained there is NO EXCUSE FOR THE MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS! Including but not limited to the embarrassing oil leak. You should be ashamed of the situation and the absolute lack of responsibility in properly addressing and satisfactorily fixing it, especially since we own and have owned dozens of Ford Lincoln products.

I’ve never been disappointed with Lindquist. They always call with questions or concerns. Their valet program is wonderful and the teams are amazing in every department I’ve had to use. Had an accident and they were so helpful in collision and I get regular service as well. Hands down 10 out of 10!!!

I already talked to Mike. I thought that you could at least wash the windshield and also the rims since you put new tires on it. I did spend a reasonable amount but what was requested was done very well!! I’d recommend you to everyone!!

Not happy with services I have received over the last two years of owning this truck. Services are overpriced, Ford customer experience is lacking, service advisors not thorough. I will not be returning since my truck is no longer under warranty. Even when it was under warranty they refused to fix my door seal that has been leaking since purchase.
