Had a piece of the inner front fender that was rubbing on the wheel when it was turned hard. The service tech found it and when they told us they said it wasn’t under warranty because they considered it an accessory how can the inside of a fender be considered an accessory? I surely didn’t add a fender to the truck.

Haley made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived at the service desk. Before my husband passed he would always take care of making sure our vehicles were brought in for service when needed. Now it’s my responsibility and I have no ideal what needs to be done. Haley always is calming and assures me that all will be taken care of and when it is done she explains to me what was completed.
