While the service to the car itself was fine, communication was very poor. I had an oil change schedule and an inspection for a recall. When I checked in, he told me that he would order the parts but didn’t know when they’d be in. No problem. Sat in the lounge and almost 2 hours later, my car was ready. Turned out you did have the parts and took care of the recall but no one ever said anything to me or made sure I had the time. I really didn’t as I was in the middle of my work day and made me late to see my patients and I ended up working late. While I am grateful that I don’t have to come back again for the recall issue, I am super frustrated with the lack of communication.

Dustin is simply the best. I keep trying to stump him with oddball stuff my truck is doing and he just keeps coming through for me. I trust Dustin and the Lindquist mechanics to keep my truck performing like it should.

This was my first time at Lindquist. Dustin was exceptionally helpful when he introduced the extra cleaner to be added to the oil change that I had never heard of. He explained the benefits with my Eco Boost engine and answered my questions well. Great service all the way around! Thank you Dustin.

When I came in for an oil change I had no issues with my air. Now that they took out the cabin filter the blower motor is making a loud noise. I called and he said they don't have time to look at it until the 22nd. I explained I was driving it to Oklahoma on Wed and needed it fixed by then. He said I could bring it in on Mon and leave it for a couple of days he might be able to get it fixed. I have appointments both Monday and Tuesday and can cancel them and I need a car to drive

I felt like I had to follow up a call a lot to find out what was going on with the repair process. I felt that if I hadn’t then the repair process or approvals would have been stalled and taken a lot longer.
