I called with specific issues and some issues that I knew needed a Ford tech for (trans flush) as well as one warranty issue. I knew the rear wheel bearings were going out and the driver's side rear shock mount needed replaced (2nd time for this car so I knew the issue) The service writer called me about a gas leak, an oil leak and a gasket fix. I was ready for those since it's my wife's daily driver. Then he told me about the front struts need replaced and the front brake pads are low on material. I told him I would take car off those myself and asked him to address the rear bearings. He kept trying to sell me on the struts and brakes. I just told him forget it and just do the gas and oil issue. I also bought new hardware for the under belly pan of the car. I've replaced it before around 90k miles as the plastic wears out from me changing fluids and maintenance on the car. I put them in the cup holder and advised him to have the tech replace them (which I planned on paying for). I was ready to spend $3k on fixing the car as it's going to my daughter soon as herfirst car, but only left spending $1600 and I'll fix the rest myself after I get one of my cars off my lift at my house. I'll remember this as I plan on where to buy my wife her next car.

The Lindquist Ford service department has amazing service. I needed a new battery. I was able to bring my SUV in the same day I called in, and had valet service. When my SUV was done, their service department delivered my SUV to my place of work and delivered the keys to the receptionist!

I am very satisfief with the work done on my car. Dustin was a big help with contacting the company for my warranty to get things started. It helped with the cost which I was qiute surprised by. I will definately be back for any services in the future. Thank you so much.
