Service writer was rude asked for eta for vehicle to be looked at couldn't get a time asked for batteries to be checked was told after tech came back from lunch after diagnosis was there an hr already I believe his name was Justin please give me a call ****-****-xxxx

I have yet to experience any issues with your service department, they do an excellent job! I know Haley is fairly new, but she really seems to know what she is doing. It's wonderful to bring someone new on board and not have to take a long time to get them up to speed!

I took my suv in nov.11th for a oil change and to have the recall taken care of. And since thenmy remote start does not work. Took it in today and was told i would have to pay 145. Anhour for the diagnosis to be done to find out y its not working. I shouldnt have to pay 145 an hour to find out y its not working when i dropped itnoff on the 11th it was working just fine. So i was not satisfied with the service i received today.
