Haley provided exceptional service from check in to check out. She was very pleasant as was were the young ladies at the payment desk, they were so very sweet and kind. I am very relieved to know that my vehicle was looked over so well that I need to replace my rear brakes soon as I plan for a trip into the mountains of Tennessee. I thank you, Haley and the entire service staff for, once again, exceptional service.

Received a text that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Came and picked up vehicle and there was no balance due. I asked the cashier if they were aware as to why there wasn’t a charge for today. They were not aware. Reviewed the paperwork at home to find that the screw in my tire was unable to be patched and needs the tire needs to be replaced. I don’t understand why this option wasn’t presented at the time of picking up the vehicle or within the message that was sent to myself stating vehicle is ready. Now another appointment will be needed to replace said tire that could have been replaced in the first visit.

Dustin was very friendly and fixed issue in my car quickly. More over I was surprised by complimentary wash and vacuum, also cold drinks. It was great experience overall. I would sure get my car servicing done at Lindquist Ford in future
