Service advisor Mike provided excellent/professional and courteous services. However the Technician working on my car told Mike my brakes were in Good Shape. About 6-8 times on my way home. The brakes lost pressure.

The staff did a great job to complete the work on a new key, and were very quick. I appreciated the wash and vacuuming. The gentleman pointed out a loose cover I had added to the lower front. I hadn't noticed that so it was helpful information. I want to thank everyone for a very positive experience.

I was asked when she said is it for an oil change I said yes and she then also said a tire rotation I said no I had it the last time and she checked my records and said yes you did. Then when I went to pay my bill for the oil change only it was $52.97. I paid it and was shocked how much an oil change was, I looked at bill and I was charged for a tire rotation. I didn’t argue I just paid and left and that is the second time it happened. Very upset.
