Another great service appointment with Lindquist. I brought up a vibration sound on hard acceleration on t when I took it in for my oil change/tire rotation. Was told a heat shield was slightly loose/bent and it was fixed. While the vibration is not as noticeable it is still there. Plan to bring it in after vacation to get looked at again.

I was very unhappy when I brought my truck in to have $2400 worth of work done on it and when I drove it home and started leaking oil everywhere when I took it back, you guys told me that the turbo was bad but the turbo was not bad and leaking before I took it to you guys, so you guys want to head and fix that so far I haven’t had any more problems with that but I’ve only driven at home. The second problem was the tailgate latch was broke, and was not working, I had a recall on it so I ask you guys to work on it. You guys told me that it was all corroded when you guys checked it when I brought it home the camera wouldn’t work you guys told me that the cable was like a corroded. Well, I crawled underneath and looked and I could see where you guys had cut the wires underneath there and taped it all back up in May. I was very very unhappy , at this point, I’m not even sure that I would use you guys again thank you sir

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He was a personable individual who got me taken care of. Easy in and out service. I would recommend him to my fellow Ford owners and will be contacting him with any other inquiries I may have. While I didn’t like the reason I was at the dealership in the first place… you can’t “shoot the messenger” I couldn’t have had a better service advisor. Thanks, Drew Johnson
