When I initially picked it up and drove it home, the brakes were not working properly and the brake fluid light came on. The brakes is what they had done recall work on. The brakes were working fine when I took it in. I drove the car right back, and they took it right in and fixed it. Apparently, there was a loose brake hose on one side.

Excellent service!! After several bad dealership service experiences, I really appreciate Mikes attention to detail and willingness to dive in to find root cause. Many dealers will make petty excuses or say they didn’t observe the issue but Mike certainly put in the effort on my vehicle.

I had concerns about vibrations when breaking the issue wasnt addressed. vas lord to consider new ares our wast cord anere was one in tar reeus urgent attention. Would like these things addressed and fixed ASAP

Michael was fine. So was Lindquist Ford, but I basically paid too much for a car wash. It was a test to see if the clutch is slipping. We all know there is an issue with the clutch on the 2014 Ford Focus. My daughter will be driving the car soon. If it malfunctions while she's driving it or she is left without an operational vehicle, I will be a highly dissatisfied customer. What I wanted was to get the clutch replaced or have some assurance that the car will run for a long time to come. Only time will tell if I will be completed satisfied. Right now I'm leery.
