I appreciate Dustin being honest with me- there are so many companies out here that try to make money off of their customers by telling them something is wrong when it really isn’t. I just got a quote from the place where I replaced my tires - they wanted me to spend a thousand dollars to fix the struts, so I asked Dustin to check it out and he found nothing wrong. Thank you!

As an elderly woman I know I can trust The associates at Lindquist to do the best for me n my car. Elderly women want their cars to be maintained to assure safe transportation. I recommend Lindquist to all my friends, actually a lot use Lindquist just for these reasons. Your associates are so friendly n just tell me what will need attention next oil change. I can budget for upcoming needs, well a yr in advance since I get one oil change per year. The car wash is extra nice thank you

I have no issues with Lindquist Ford or its service department or advisor. I’ve always found the interactions with the staff to be professional and services provided high quality. My issue is with Ford Motor Companies Sync 3 system. It is a buggy system that required a software update to fix after performing poorly on a 4,400 mile roadtrip out West. If my iPhone has a bug Apple provides an update at no cost to fix their buggy software! This is what Ford should do as well. I really don’t want to hear coming back from a roadtrip that the issue with Sync 3 is outdated software. Ford needs to step up and provide ongoing free software updates.

Had a tire repaired but they didn’t wipe the lube they use to remove tire from wheel!! Trust me they know I keep my truck immaculate!
