From the time I bought my car to the issues with a leaky tire all the way up until today I have had NOTHING but great service everyone from Danielle to Derek to Greg to Noah have been so helpful in getting this fixed and not giving me any trouble over it always making sure I had a way to get to work and not having to interrupt my life or take days off to get it figured out. I give positive reviews to anyone I talk to about lindquist!

Michael was very professional and pleasant when he answered my questions so thank you to him! I decided not to have the complimentary vacuum or car wash during my service and he wrote that down on the tag, attached to my key, and even highlighted it to make sure it was noticed by the service technician. I thought that was going above and beyond.

Dustin is great and the service was great. Had it done in record time but this is the first time I had to go out in the parking lot to pick up my car. That was definitely a first! And I couldn’t find I so had to resort to turn on the alarm (?) in order to finally find it. Did appreciate the shuttle service. Thanks so much for that.

Took vehicle in for sunroof visor to be fixed for the 3rd time. Also discussed the window tint being scratched from the previous service and was told it would not be fixed. Would no longer recommend ford for service due to this. Yes it is after market but if my vehicle hadn’t broke in the first place it would not have been there for warranty work and gotten damaged.
