I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff at Hardin County Honda are fantastic. They were very courteous and took care of my care ASAP. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend HCH!
Negatives: 1. 3% charge to use credit card. Did not know until after I paid about the charge.
2. I had a coupon for oil and a coupon for transmission service. Could only use one. Not a good experience with that. Do you want people to go elsewhere? Should be able to use the coupon for each item If it’s ok to use on two separate appointments you should be able to also use on the same appointment. You are already saving time with the car on the lift
