As usual with Hardin County Honda and Cliff Levan, service was done quickly and efficiently and I was on my way home in short order. Over the years, I have purchased 6 cars from Hardin County Honda and I have always been able to trust the HCH organization to be competent and fair. It is the ONLY dealership that I feel that way about!
Cliff Levan is always so helpful and prompt in helping. I was crying when I got to the service depth today and he assured me I just needed a needed a new battery.

I have Honda roadside assistance on my new 2024 Honda odyssey. We had a temperature run high about 13 miles from Elizabethtown. Contacted roadside and they arranged everything to a towing company and to take vehicle to Hardin County Honda. When we arrived Clifford could not find me in the computer. After giving home enough information he was able to find us. I won’t say he was rude but I was used to better customer service attitude from our Honda dealership in Bowling Green, Ky
It seemed like he was annoyed that he was taking care of us. When he was telling us what they found was wrong I tried to explain about what we experienced he cut me off like it didn’t matter what I had to say
I am very pleased that they did find what was wrong with my car and was able to fixed fairly fast and we were back on the road. It was just that I am used to better customer service and attitude.
