I had a 10:30 appt and had to wait 40 minutes before I was even checked in. The man who checked people in for service was quite rude, told me I would have to wait only about 10 minutes, then he disappeared for at least 25-30 minutes. The recall letter I received stated that replacing the fuse would only take about 45 minutes. I was told my car would not be ready until 4:00, and someone would call me. I called at 3:30 and found my car was already done-never got a call. The gentleman who had me sign the papers fir completion, was very apologetic and personable.

Service Advisor was no help and extremely rude, I believe his name was Allen. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 Am and he had helped cars that came in after and serviced before I was. Didn’t mind the 3 hour wait but his attitude towards the situation, made my experience horrible! Will definitely think about coming back.

Dianna was very friendly and professional service. I like that, but the gentle men who took my car first when I got there, he wasn’t friendly at all, no manner, no customer service skills.

My service experience with Richard was outstanding! He greeted me right away and accurately analyzed what the issue was and told me what the resolutions were. I waited at the dealership and the service was completed in an hour! Richard is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I highly recommend getting your service done at Larry Hopkins Honda!
