Again, Adrian provided excellent service. He communicated clearly, was friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns, and made sure the work on my Honda was completed to my satisfaction. Yes. Adrian was welcoming and was very accommodating with my request to fast track the inspection of the car. He updated me with status as soon as the inspection was done. He recommended the repairs that was needed and got the repair done within few hours as well. Overall it was a very smooth experience. He also got a good discount.

We called and were told we had service coverage and visit was free. When arrived they tried to charge us. I told them I was going to wait since the service was an oil change and tire rotation. My wife called to see when I would be home since she received text the car was done. They left me sitting in the waiting room after my car was already done. How long would I have been sitting there if my wife hadn’t called!!! We were told when we called service visits were covered, yet when we arrived they had a hard time finding it. Now I’m not sure what we have AND that was the worst experience ever. We also have a Mazda cx9 and they have an amazing service department on Capitol Expressway, they even arrange a loaner vehicle.
