The representative did a good job, but the service department had my car for about five weeks. It was hard to get updates on where things stood. Work done was good.

Sean always keeps me up to speed in regards to my vehicles' needs and I trust him. Trust is very important especially today where you need to rely on their expertise. I appreciate his work, and he keeps me up to speed as what is going on. Not to mention, he is very timely and concise. Thank you for all you do!
I appreciated my vehicle coming to me. However, I and my daughter missed a few things we wanted to get done last weekend. Also, I feel that Kia was aware that my vehicle was not working it's best the first time.

You failed to advise my wife, who was in the waiting area, that the car was ready and it caused her to wait another 30 minutes before she was informed.
I needed to get out of town quickly, realized I was due for maintenance to be completed on my Sportage, and Larry, without an appointment worked me in and got me on my way expeditiously.
Larry was amazing!! Really explained everything clearly and did his best to get my car fixed quick! Thanks so much!

The first couple times I came to Mylo Kia, Georgia. Mike helped me and left a review that I think was outstanding because the service and Mike were great. This time the service was just the opposite. What I had asked to be serviced wasn’t complete upon trying to get a hold of ANYBODY, I could not. Makes me question whether I want to go back. If I do, I won’t use anybody but Mike. You really need to change the way people contact the service department, and or their service advisor or the service manager. I cannot get anybody on the phone to find out if the car was finished or even started. Frustrating and unacceptable.
Jennifer was great and kept me informed about the service of my car. She went over and beyond to update my account information in the system.
