Kept me up to date on my status of my vehicle, very exceptional service
I have to take off of work tomorrow to call Hampton because my vehicle oil is overfilled looks like about 2 quarts so I don’t know if I have to drive it or they gonna come to my house so I don’t have to take a day off of work I don’t even know if it hurt the vehicle .

I was so disappointed that my brand new 2024Tacoma had a complete transmission failure with only 2,400 miles on it. But was happy that it was sent back with a factor new Toyota transmission. Dulsey did a great customer service job.

I had disappointing news this week and to have to bring my car which didn’t help. I thought the cover of the engine was unscrewed due to my oil change. How could it have come off and upset that it wasn’t noticed during oil change. I literally was rude to Leslie and it did not phase her. She went above and beyond her call of duty to make me feel better and to understand that I had hardship. I love her and will never forget what she did for me. I was crying so hard, I had to write her a note of apology.

Miss Dulsey Lynn’s service is a 10 + Star. Evidently the warranty approval was down for hrs. My stay was from 7am until 12 noon but I’m not complaining. Being in the Automotive Repair business for 40+ years I totally get it. Mark Hampton has an amazing staff from what my eyes saw. Keep doing what you do.
