I didn’t actually see Brent; another young man assisted me. He was pleasant, professional, and conscientious. I neglected to ask his name and I’m sorry about that—I like to know names and faces, and give reviews containing NAMES. Nevertheless, he did an excellent job.

I did not appreciate wasting time, money, and gas for your dealership to tell me my “software update recall” was a mistake. I had to leave my son’s soccer game early for this appointment that should have never been scheduled in the first place. Could have at least offered to change my oil. Very disappointed.
