Brent did an excellent job handling an unusual situation with my vehicle. He listened carefully to my comments about the vehicle, took notes, and asked the mechanics to check out everything. They discovered several issues that needed to be corrected. Brent kept me informed during a long day about what was being done and in the end, everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Brent should be recognized for the quality of his customer service.

I was in awe at the respect the staff had for me and others in there at the same time I was there. I am from Westlake and was going to a funeral and having trouble with my car and called Toyota and they took me in. I was so worried that I wasn't going to make it home and they fixed my car. Very pleased. Thank you.
