The oil cap was not replaced at the oil change. Oil splashed all over the cover. The smell of burnt oil alerted me to look under the hood. There is no oil remaining on the dipstick. There are spots of oil in my garage floor and driveway. The cap on the washer fluid reservoir was also left open, but that is much less worrisome than the oil cap.

I realize it was a bad day. You guys were short staffed. Even though I had a 7:00 appt for auto butler you guys couldn’t get to it till after 9:00. Also were too short staffed to do the Extra cleaning that I had scheduled. I understand that y’all were short staffed, but that is why my visit was not exceptional as it usually is.

We traded it up for a 2022 in 2022 our 05 had 279,800 miles and I never had any service related trouble nor expenses ever other than tires,oil change,and basic maintenance. And I feel this Camrywill last as long as my first one did. So far I am completely satisfied with all aspects of your dealer ship.
