Love the service. Very professional, courteous and friendly service. Waiting room comfortable.
$150.00 for them too look at your vehicle, when I told them what was the ISSUE, then the initial inspection was not accurate, I had to call back to have the seals done on both sides. Then about 2 days after the repair began, then I was called to be informed that they will need to order ADDITIONAL PARTS.
The very initial inspection ($150) a thorough job should have determined the true extent of parts needed.

Fido’s to the service department ????????
During my last service appointment, I scheduled front brakes replacement based on the service tech recommendation at my previous service appointment. However, the service tech at the last appointment indication that brake pads retained 6mm & did not require replacement. At this scheduled service appointment, I reported inconsistent braking as I pressed the brakes. 1 was charged $150 to identify the problem. The tech reported that the from rotors were warped and required to be replaced. This is after less than 1000 miles since last appointment and/or assessment & cost me an additional $450. That’s a red flag for me! In addition, the primary reason I was asked to return around the 1000 mile mark was to re-evaluate a leaking rear main seal. I originally purchased my first 2013 Land Cruiser from Hampton, and experienced very good service throughout my ownership, which influenced my decision to purchase my 2018 Land Cruiser. However, the Hampton service manager indicated that since I’m beyond the drive train warranty, they are not responsible and/or required to replace the rear main seal. However, the immaculate condition of my 2018 Land Cruiser considered, and all scheduled services were performed by Hampton service department, I’m led to believe that the rear main seal was very likely leaking well before the 72,000 mile mark; i.e., it was simply not reported. I have several friends who own & have driven as much as 375,000 miles & never experienced a leaking rear main seal. As a result, I clearly attribute the seal failure to a faulty seal/gasket installation or seal material failure. And, I vehemently encourage Toyota management to do the right thing, and hold the company accountable to replace the rear main seal at no charge.
