Mr Nelams worked the schedule so we could address our needs before immediate travel and during that time I experienced a family emergency. When I lost my wits, I placed my phone on the service desk and looked to Steven for comfort. He encouraged me to rush to the ER, assuring me that we could conclude our business afterwards. Shortly afterwards, Mr Nelams went so far as to deliver my phone to me while I waited for news at the emergency room across town!
His cheerful demeanor, organization and his ability to get things done have always prompted me to seek him out! Now I have an even deeper appreciation of him!
My advice would be to keep him and celebrate him at all costs!

Told me it would be a 3-hour job which ended up taking the whole day they did not fix the car at all said it was fixed told me they put me in a rental it wouldn't be responsible for nothing but wanted me to sign papers that I would be responsible for everything so I did not take your car my car better be first in line in the morning and get done in three to four hours like they said it would be thank you
