Good service, polite, fair price. You should advertise as I was expecting the Toyota dealer to be extremely higher in price than most tire and mechanic shops but price was reasonable and service extremely good. Thank you

Dear Hampton Toyota Service Department, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to your service center. I had a scheduled appointment on July 29, 2025 at 3:00 PM for a routine 20,000-mile oil change and tire rotation. Despite the nature of this being a standard service, I did not leave your facility until 6:15 PM. By the time my vehicle was ready, the service doors were already closed, which only added to the frustration of an unnecessarily long wait. Waiting over three hours for a basic scheduled service is unacceptable. I understand that unexpected delays may occur; however, there was no communication provided to explain the reason for such an extensive delay, nor any updates throughout the wait. As a loyal customer who has chosen Hampton Toyota for service based on previous experiences, this visit was disappointing and far below the level of professionalism and efficiency I expect. I was told ahead of time that it would take longer than normal and offered to change appointment to another day. I kept this appointment and was kept informed of progress on my vehicle. I appreciate the way Leslie handled the problem of a longer service time.
