Randal did an amazing job. Communication was top notch. I have a Lexus that I purchased in Baton Rouge and I hate to deal with the service department. They never call back. Love the car but service mean everything when you purchase a vehicle. Please give Randal a pat on the back and acknowledge his dedication.

Congratulations to Carise, my former service advisor. She is always smiling and very professional! The other lady who handed over my car did not introduce herself; so I’m not sure h if she is my new advisor. The guy who accepted my car also did not introduce himself. I believe that is part of good customer service.,
