Leslie is exceptional. Connecting with me, explaining, making sure the charges were fair. The system for keeping me informed was also exceptional. That's one thing that other places could learn--how to be in ongoing contact with the customer. It made me feel secure that quick service was being provided to me. The report I received was detailed and thorough. The waiting area was very nice. Althoughcthere was seating with a TV, I wanted to be i a quiet area, and that was provided too. I sat comfortably at a round table in the service area. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Randal was able to get us in as our Highlander stopped while we were in Lafayette Gene Robins towing got us to Hampton very quickly as it was hot waiting- Randal told me that it was the alternator and battery - excellent service by all.

I waited 4 hours in the lobby while my vehicle was being serviced ; although I didn’t mind waiting, I understood the service department was swamped with other customer as well. Therefore , I patiently awaited until I was called for my truck. When it was time to pickup my vehicle , I was informed that the problem my truck was brought in for was not corrected. After 4 long hours of waiting. To make matters worst although the problem wasn’t addressed, I still had to pay the full amount of the work which was rendered even though the original problem was not resolved . Of course this was very frustrating. No one should had to endure such frustration and aggravation. Therefore, I paid the complete total and went on my way with an unpleasant experience .
