It honestly wasn’t. I had great things to say about everything until I got my keys, then it went downhill. There was a yellow hazard exclamation mark with a flashing issue on the dash that they had a hard time figuring out and the suggestion was to drive it at speed to see if it goes away. ???? The cover to the inside cabin air filter was sitting on my passenger seat. ???? Also, there were dirty black hand prints on the light ceiling fabric AFTER I paid to have my car cleaned. Steve cleaned it. Now I have to go back and hunt for dark, dirty handprints on the darker parts of the interior. ???? Now I wonder what issues I am not finding that I will recognize later. ???? My confidence in this being a complete job, worth my money, is low. (Steve did his best to resolve things.) Phylis ****-****-xxxx

Randy Trahan is an exceptional advisor. Randy is always willing to help and make things go as smooth as possible. Just disappointed in the staff/mechanics. They didn’t reset the maintenance notification on my vehicle after maintenance was performed on my vehicle today. Now I have to go look up how to reset it and reset it myself. Last time I brought it in for an inspection for extended warranty, I experienced a vibration when driving on the highway after the inspection was performed.
I have a busy life like most people do, and absolutely don’t want to make multiple unnecessary trips to the dealership.
She’s the reason i will never shop anywhere else. She Helps with no hesitation. We need more Dulseys in the world.

Took my 4-runner for check up they found nail in rear tire and plugged it for $38.00 something and then said there was a nail o left front tire they could not fix and said I n needed new tire to the tune I of $300.00 something s… I wen t t two w tire services and they pulled nail out cause it had not punctured tire????
