I didn’t feel like I should have been charged to clear the codes on the truck cause the battery got low. 80 dollars for 5 min of work on a truck with less than 4K miles. Service person wasn’t helpful or understanding.

The rental I got was great. The service wasn’t however. I was told that my truck would be washed inside and out when I got it back. It wasn’t. I also noticed that the plastic part on my driver seat was cracked. I know it wasn’t like that before. Was disappointed in the service I received. Especially since the reason my truck was in the shop in the first place was due to a recall.

When I picked up my rental, it was full of water because it had just come out of the wash. The girl and I went along the bottom of the car and she looked at the one scuff on the front rim and didn’t look at anything else. Now was it my fault for not looking closer yes because I don’t work there and I don’t know. I’m supposed to look at it that hard. But she did. And all of the water drops in the windshield I didn’t see the chip at the very base of the windshield. And they charged me $1000 for that and since I drove to my house and back to the dealership with no problems. I do not believe that that was me.
