Trent helped me today and his service was impeccable. He made sure I understood my multi-point inspection and what my options are with regard to things that needed immediate attention and things that can be taken of later. He was extremely kind and took excellent care of me. As always, the service techs serviced my car quickly and well. I’ve yet to have a negative experience at Hampton Toyota since purchasing my 2020 Highlander. I’m very grateful to the Service Dept. staff. Thank you!

My experience with Hampton has been excellent for years, but this time it was truly exceptional thanks to one individual. Everyone was wonderful, but Dulsey went above and beyond to ensure we were informed, up to date, and well advised on any issues that arose. Our 2022 CHR looks and feels like new again, and I can’t thank the team enough. If you offer special recognition or kudos, Dulsey absolutely deserves one.

I was greeted upon arrival,service was promptly initiated. I waited in the customer service lounge, where I chose to use a small room provided with table and comfortable chairs. I appreciated the opportunity to make a phone call to my Aunt in Ohio, passing the time and sharing together about our recent life events. My car was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time, and a coupon provided by Hampton, made my oil change more affordable.
