My vehicle left w a shake at about 60 miles per hour / i called back to let service know - adviser said maybe its a bad tire - so my response was - so it is nothing I need to bring it back in to check - service response was no - strange steering persisted / i brought it to a different repair shop - tires were all out of balance- service had not mentioned that balance was not done w rotation - and perhaps we should have that checked. So I spent additional money at another mechanic and again - feel lack of confidence in advice I am receiving from service. Previously - i was told from a different tire shop that my tires were not being rotated - but I do regular service w you all - it’s disappointing. I called to let service know - about the balance issue - and really did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I want to be able to trust in the advice I receive from the people that are servicing my car. Appreciate being allowed to share my experience
