When I arrived for my appointment I was informed I never had one at 12 noon. I received a txt day before as a reminder so I was confused. Leslie did her best to make sure that I was out in a timely fashion. Overall it ended up I was very satisfied with my service. Kudos to Leslie:)

Donna was fantastic! Best customer service I’ve received at a dealership. The young lady who drove my car around for me, on the other hand, not so much. She was not ugly to me, however, she rolled her eyes when asked by to Donna to get my vehicle. After she brought it to me, I thanked her and she completely ignored me.
