Steven was terrific!! I had some storm damage (bad deep scratches) on my trunk repaired which required the it to be repainted. Since you guys don’t have a paint and body shop I had to get it done at another dealership. After I got my car back I noticed that the Hampton sticker was missing and had not been replaced. I asked him if I could possibly get another one, and when my service was completed he gave handed me another Hampton sticker with my paperwork! It’s because of people like him that take the time to do the little things that make me proud to display that I purchased my vehicle at Hampton Toyota!

great service, except for my personal belongings being scrambled around. it doesn’t look good if my center console was searched through when it was only there for a airbag recall.
The reason for my visit was very frustrating and I feel it was a lack of attention to detail on our Multi point inspection during our last visit in March. When I called and initially talked with Leslie so acknowledged my concern right away and addressed it. She kept good communication throughout the concerns and didn’t drag her feet. Service advising is a job not everyone can handle but she is wonderful and an asset to this dealership. I look forward to her being my only service advisor for when we bring our tundra to have future service performed. She turned a very poor experience around.
