Service is fast, Carice was very friendly and answered all our questions. The only draw back was back glass was not opened and cleaned.
I wouldn’t let anyone else service my 4Runner.
Radio was changed to mostly Spanish channels now I can’t get my programmed channels back

When I scheduled I was unaware there was an option for shuttle service / rental car. Steven informed me as soon as I arrived, and I was able to use the shuttle to return to pick up my car (I had made arrangements to be picked up since I did not know!)
Leslie took care of me from scheduling my appt. to pulling my truck up for me once it was complete. She provided excellence service from the start.

Took 4 people to schedule appointment including one person who said it wasn’t her job to schedule service, so no sure why I was given to her,and one who told me I was rude when I was clearly frustrated and then told me they were busy. Since phone calls are recorded you can listen to them to confirm. Then when I got to dealership for my appointment I was waved from inside to meet service advisor. Usually I’m met at my car. VERY disappointed since I have only been there a few times and service is poor.

We asked for the $16.95 clean and vacuum interior special you sent us. They half assed vacuumed the front mats and nothing else. Classic bait and switch. Dont bother sending anything like this again.
I had my car washed when I went in for my Auto Butler . After getting home I noticed that I had a few areas on my tires that was still dirty.
Steven took time to analyze two warrantee problems that I brought up in conversation even though I didn't have an appointment for warrantee work. Thanks, Steven
