Steven and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle went above and beyond the call of duty! I appreciate their honesty and enthusiasm! These gentlemen really know how to service your customers! When I purchased this vehicle I anticipated keeping it for 15 years. With the exception of the factory paint job it has exceeded my expectations. I can see owning this vehicle at least another five years! Thanks for your fine service department!!! PS I don’t know what Tom Jardel does around there but he is one cool dude!!!

I drive over an hour to get the good service at Hampton Toyota. I live in Alexandria less than a mile from Walker Toyota, but I have received entirely too much poor service to go there.

Third appointment of the day, dropped my truck off 20 minutes early and it still took an hour and twenty minutes to ONLY have the oil changed. That is unacceptable.
