Mr Steve is amazing and adds so much to the Toyota experience. My husband has been a Toyota customer for over 20 years and ONLY buys Toyota. I think the customer service and personal touch Mr Steve provides makes it all the better! As the wife and primary driver of the 2019 Tundra, I don’t mind taking the truck in for regular service because I get to see Mr Steve and his friendly face and I get a little bit of that famous Hampton popcorn.????

Work was great. Leslie was helping me real nice. When I came to pick up my car they had a customer arguing & husband got down & got into argument. A little scary because it could have ended up with a bad outcome

When car came out from washing and auto butlerit was still dirty at the bottom of the doors on both sides. Seems like when you pay that much money for a was that they would have noticed that a nd cleaned it correctly. Other than that the car came out ok.
