Three hours to replace a hose and rotate tires seems excessive and $2.79 charge for a document storage is obscene.

I was given bad information initially regarding tires not being available after being told it was. No one accepted responsibility for the error as if I would make an appt if there were no tires. Anyway the issue was resolved by MY ordering tires and getting names of who I spoke towhich was disappointing given my 30+ yr history with Toyota. It's done now. All is forgiven. NO followup call needed or desired.

I brought my car there for an ICS malfunction code and was told it was an oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. Well only 2 days later the exact code came back on. Now I’d like to communicate directly with the service manager who I’ll be calling Monday morning.
It was a busy day with a short staff. I don't frequent Lafayette as often as I use to. I did not have an appointment (but usually do). I stopped by in chance that I could receive an oil change and tire rotation. Steve understood my position, checked with his crew and was able to accommodate me in short time. I don't often leave comments, but felt compelled to speak up for Steve and the Hampton Toyota team. Thank you.

The redesigned customer waiting room is exception and is comparable to any high end luxury car facility. It allowed for social distancing and had all the perks !
